About these Terms and our service

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Grace Alerts (the "Service"), a paid membership website that provides access to Christian prayer podcast content. The Service is owned and operated by Napawala Lakshitha Gamlath (www.gracealerts.com), with a business address at 1968 S Coast Hwy, Laguna Beach, CA 92651, US ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract to purchase a membership. You agree to provide accurate, current information when you register and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Memberships are personal: one membership covers one account and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

3. Membership, price and billing

The Service offers a single plan: the Monthly Prayer Membership, priced at $20 USD / month. Your membership is a recurring subscription: it renews automatically every month, and the same amount is charged to your payment method each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details on this website. Prices are shown before any applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout where required by law. If a renewal payment fails, we (through our payment processor) may retry the charge, and your access to member content may be paused or suspended until payment succeeds. We will give reasonable notice before any change to the membership price, and any change will apply only to billing periods after the notice.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time, yourself, from the My Account page on this website (My Account → Subscriptions → Cancel). Cancellation stops all future billing. Your access to member content continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made after that. Except where our Refund Policy or applicable law says otherwise, cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already billed for the current period.

5. Refunds

Our refund practices are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: because member content is a digital service made available immediately, fees already billed are generally non-refundable, except for billing errors, duplicate charges, or where a refund is required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable use and intellectual property

All content on the Service — including podcast episodes, audio recordings, text, graphics, and the site itself — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. While your membership is active, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream and listen to member content for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not download (except where a download feature is expressly provided), copy, record, redistribute, publicly perform, broadcast, sell, or make member content available to non-members, and you may not use the Service in any unlawful way, attempt to bypass access controls, or interfere with the operation of the website.

7. Disclaimers

The Service provides spiritual encouragement through prayer and reflection. It is not, and is not a substitute for, professional medical, mental-health, financial, or legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with any questions you may have about a medical or mental-health condition or other professional matter, and never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you heard or read on the Service. The Service and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the total membership fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

10. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may improve, change, or discontinue features of the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, where the change materially affects paying members, take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by email or a notice on the site) before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms; if you do not agree, you may cancel your membership as described above.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of the place where you live.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to Napawala Lakshitha Gamlath at hi@gracealerts.com, or by post to 1968 S Coast Hwy, Laguna Beach, CA 92651, US.

Last updated: August 26, 2026 1.
